Voky User Agreement
Effective Date: April 7, 2025
Thank you for choosing Voky! This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Voky application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Voky.
Voky is designed for users who are 17 years or older. By using this App, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. Users under 17 are not permitted to access or use the App.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must notify us at Ginban_312@163.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Voky grants you a personal, non-transferable, and limited license to use the App in compliance with this User Agreement. You agree to:
· Use the App only for lawful purposes.
· Avoid interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the App.
· Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior while using the App.
· Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App without explicit permission.
The App features AI-driven conversations designed to enhance your interactive experience. However, AI-generated responses may not always be factual, precise, or reliable. You acknowledge that Voky does not assume responsibility for any decisions you make based on AI interactions.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy, available within the App or on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data handling practices in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
All App-related content, trademarks, designs, and software are owned by Voky Team or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials from the App without prior authorization.
· No Guarantees: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
· AI Limitations: Voky Team is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
· Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, Voky Team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update this User Agreement at any time. Any modifications will become effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Voky Team may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this User Agreement. If you wish to delete your account, please contact Ginban_312@163.com.
This User Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Voky Team operates. Any legal disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
